Driving There
From Stroud Hill Road (east of Dungog, west of Stroud Road) head north along Main Creek Road, following the signs towards "Frying Pan Forest Park" - this Google Map provides accurate directions all the way to the campground. Just before the campground is the turn off for Coachwood Camping Area, immediately after which is a small bridge crossing the Telegherry River.
Early January 2012 had a "Road Closed" sign at the intersection with Coachwood Camping Area entrance road, but the road past the sign was fine.
The road to here is 2wd and Caravan accessible.
